Alyssa Auslander-Crick (she/they) serves as a Technical Assistance Provider for the California Center for School Climate.
Alyssa is also a Program Associate in WestEd’s Division 2 Early Childhood Integrated Systems, where they provide support in the development of professional learning materials for educators seeking to better understand their communities and practices within their classrooms. They specialize in media curation and asset tracking, communications, content development in early childhood education through post-secondary education with focus on LGBTQ+ advocation in their work. Alyssa has been in education for 15 years starting with early childhood education and ending in post-secondary education with focus on Diversity, equity, and inclusion. Their focus on equity is researching and collaboration for better practices to implement at the classroom level. Alyssa is dedicated to promoting equitable materials, practices and systems for all students and adults.
